Hotdian was found when he was 10 years old. His lip had already been repaired when he was aged 6 but his palate was never repaired. A child’s palates should be operated on much earlier than this to gain the best chance of developing clear speech. Luckily for Hotdian his speech became clear after much needed speech therapy. He is an extremely clever young man and is hoping to go to University this year with help from us.
